Southbound on DE 141 at the DE 100 intersection, where the duplex begins. DE 100 north leads to Granogue near the Pennsylvania state line. DE 52, like DE 100, links Pennsylvania with Wilmington. Ahead DE 100/DE 141 leads to another duplex.

Southbound on DE 100/DE 141 at the junction with DE 48. DE 100 south turns left to join DE 48 toward Wilmington.

The intersection with DE 48 is both the southern split of DE 100/DE 141 and the western split of DE 48/DE 100. DE 48 west meanders to near Brackenville, while DE 141 south continues southward as a western bypass of Wilmington.
