MD 313 northbound in Irelands Corners. MD 290 joins from the left. MD 313 is one of the longer state routes in Maryland, but curiously, this segment of signed MD 313 is actually MD 313A, an extension of MD 313 north of US 301.

A mile to the north, MD 290 hangs a right and MD 313 ends. MD 213 enters from the left and takes over straight ahead. Welcome to Galena.
