United States Business Route 209 and Pennsylvania Route 191 join for three blocks in different directions through Stroudsburg in Monroe County.

Northbound on PA 191 at the southern split of the duplex in Stroudsburg. PA 191 turns right onto Business US 209/Main Street northbound to begin the first part of the duplex.

After one block, PA 191 turns left onto Fourth Street for a block, ending the first part of the northbound duplex. After a block, PA 191 leaves Fourth Street to join Business US 209/McConnell Street southbound for a block before returning to its two-way alignment on Fifth Street. In the other direction, PA 191 takes a more direct routing, following Business US 209/Fifth Street south for a block before continuing on its own south of the borough.
