Pennsylvania Routes 18 and 198 join for a half mile through Conneautville in Crawford County.

Eastbound on PA 198 in Conneautville at the northern split of the duplex. PA 18 is the main street of the town, and here PA 198 joins it.

Less than a mile to the southeast, PA 198 splits to the east. The town limits are a few feet before the intersection. PA 18 continues south to Conneaut Lake, and PA 198 goes east to Saegertown, each meeting US 6 for a multiplex of more than two routes.
