PA 192(E-W)/PA 445(S-N) Duplex

PA 192 and PA 445 join for about 2 miles near Madisonburg in Centre County.

Here PA 445 southbound makes a left turn to join PA 192 at the western split in Madisonburg.

PA 445 goes through the heart of Madisonburg and is appropriately called the Madisonburg Pike on the street signs at the western split. All of PA 192 in Centre County is Brush Valley Road, and this latter designation extends beyond the western terminus of PA 192 to near the Oak Hall exit of US 322.

On the east side of Madisonburg, PA 445 northbound makes a left turn to join PA 192 at the eastern split. Madisonburg is 2 miles to the west.
