PA 241 and PA 743 split here on the northern outskirts of Elizabethtown.
Both routes head toward PA 283, but only PA 743 has an interchange with
the expressway.

from PA 230 here. PA 230 veers off to the left toward Harrisburg.
    
PA 230 and PA 743 join for a mile through Elizabethtown in Lancaster
County. The northern half of the duplex is joined by PA 241.
