Pennsylvania Route 230 and Truck Route 341 join for a mile near Middletown in Dauphin County. Truck PA 341 is signed only in the eastbound direction.

Eastbound on PA 230 at the beginnings of both PA 341 and its associated Truck PA 341. PA 341 is a narrow road through the village of Deodate a couple miles to the east, and so truck traffic is encouraged to bypass the village by using PA 230, PA 283, and PA 743 instead.

Truck PA 341 is signed only at its beginning, end, and turns in between. Truck PA 341 is not signed with this oversized reassurance sign for PA 230.

A mile to the east, Truck PA 341 turns north on SR 2023, a short road that connects PA 283 to both PA 230 here and PA 341 to the north. Truck PA 341 follows this road and joins PA 283 eastbound on its freeway.
