Westbound on Main Street (PA 230) in Middletown. PA 441 follows Union Street to the left and right. PA 441 has a truck route, which begins straight ahead here, allowing trucks to bypass the center of town to the left.

Just past the intersection, signs confirm that Truck PA 441 has begun along PA 230.

A half mile to the west, at the edge of town, Truck PA 441 splits to the south to rejoin PA 441 a few blocks to the right.
