A mile to the north of Landisburg stand more shields with the unusual
font. The northern split if just behind the camera.

At the northern split, PA 233 veers toward the northeast to its terminus
another mile away at PA 274. PA 850 continues to the north and then northwest
to the PA 274/PA 850 duplex.

Here is the view along PA 233 southbound where it joins PA 850. The turn
is sharp for PA 233 southbound to head westbound on PA 850 (or in the
opposite direction). Though not signed, there is a short street behind
the camera that meets PA 850 at a right angle for an easier turn. This
street may have once been PA 233, and the curved road seen above may have
later been built.
