PA 35 and PA 333 join for less than a mile for a duplex
near Mifflin in Juniata County.

PA 35 and PA 333 run out of Mifflin by ascending this hill and descending
to the southern split. The northern split is off to the left behind the
camera. It is a biker's disappointment to turn around and head to the
northern split. After descending down the hill, the road makes a sharp
curve to the right.

Having turned around and descended the hill, the road curves here just
before PA 333 splits off to the west.

Here is the view from PA 333 eastbound, which follows Mowery Street and
joins PA 35 on Wilson Street. The US 22/US 322 expressway is a mile to
the north, across the Juniata River, in Mifflintown.

Here is a close-up view of the signs at the intersection. PA 333 parallels
US 22/US 322 all the way to Lewistown (to the west) and to Thomsontown
(to the east).

Less than a mile to the south, and poorly lit near sunset, PA 333 veers
off to the east just outside Mifflin, here at the southern split.

Here is the view at the southern split from PA 333 westbound.

A close-up view of the signs (in a sunny, autumn setting) shows that
Mifflintown is still only one mile away, and Shade Gap is still 37 miles
away (compare with the third photo).

After turning right onto the duplex, these confirmation shields show
the north and west designations.
