Truck PA 45(E-W) (Spruce Creek)/PA 453(N-S) Duplex
Truck PA 45 and PA 453 join for 8 miles from Nealmont to Water Street in Huntingdon and Blair Counties.

PA 453 makes the southernmost segment of Truck PA 45's route, which is entirely cosigned with other routes (PA 350, PA 550, and PA 453). At the north end of the Truck PA 45/PA 453 duplex, the two routes begin by crossing the Little Juniata River.

Just behind the camera, Truck PA 45 leaves PA 550 and joins PA 453. PA 550 ends here.

Like the intersection of PA 350 and PA 550, the intersection of PA 453 and PA 550 is two splits in one: the western split of Truck PA 45/PA 550 and the northern split of Truck PA 45/PA 453. This view is from Truck PA 45 eastbound/PA 453 northbound. In Tyrone, one mile ahead, PA 453 meets unsigned Business US 220 to make another duplex.
