Northbound on PA 8 at the South Franklin Street Bridge, which crosses Oil Creek in Titusville. Trucks are urged to bypass the main intersection of PA 8 and PA 27 in the downtown area by following a well-signed two-way truck route, SR 2024/Perry Street. Truck PA 8 runs north and south, while Truck PA 27 runs west only with Truck PA 8 north.
