Southbound on US 119/Truck
PA 286 at the southern split of that duplex. Truck PA 286 exits
US 119 and joins US 422/PA 56 here.

Now westbound on US 422 at the same interchange. The first exit,

The second exit, Exit A, marks the start of Business US 422, whick

A closer view of the middle of the interchange. Both PA 56 and Truck
PA 286 leave US 119 to join US 422 straight ahead to bypass Indiana
on the south side.

Reassurance shields westbound. US 422 is signed separate from Truck

Truck PA 286 exits at the next interchange, a diamond interchange
with PA 286. The truck route ends upon meeting PA 286, and the freeway
remains US 422/PA 56.
