US 6 and US 11 join for 10 miles from Factoryville to Clarks Summit in Wyoming and Lackawanna Counties.

The northern end of I-476, the Northeast Extenstion Pennsylvania Turnpike. Here I-476 ends at the interchanges with I-81/US 6 and US 6/US 11. US 6 jumps from I-81 to US 11 here via the interchanges. US 11 south heads toward Scranton and Carbondale, while US 11 north/US 6 west treks toward Towanda and Binghamton.

From I-81 north/US 6 west, Exit 194 leads to US 6/US 11 as well as I-476/NE Ext. PA Tpk.

The northern split is an interchange with full access. Here is the US 6 west exit. US 11 turns northward toward Nicholson, while US 6 heads west to its new bypass in Tunkhannock.
