The US 6/US 322 and US 322/PA 18 duplexes overlap for a mile through Conneaut Lake in Crawford County.

The US 6/PA 285 and US 322/PA 18 duplexes combine for a block in Conneaut Lake in Crawford County.

US 6 and PA 285 join for a half-mile same-way duplex through Conneaut Lake. The easternmost block of the duplex is joined by US 322/PA 18 for the US 6/US 322/PA 18/PA 285 quadruplex.

US 322 and PA 18 join for 6 miles from Conneaut Lake to Hartstown in Crawford County.

After six miles together, US 322/PA 18 joins US 322/PA 285 in one of Pennsylvania's few quadruplexes (four routes sharing the same highway). PA 285 is unsigned, perhaps because it is the least important of the four routes and because PA 285 leaves US 6/US 322/PA 18 at the next block to the right.
