US 6 and US 62 join for 4.9 miles through Warren and Jackson Crossing in Warren County.

As the expressway begins, US 62 exits at the first interchange. US 6 bypasses the town of Warren, but Business US 6 begins here and serves the town via the old routing of US 6.

The US 6 & US 62 interchange is a half-cloverleaf interchange. US 62 exits and Business US 6 begins on a cloverleaf ramp, forming another duplex.

Business US 6 westbound/US 62 southbound on the west end of the city of Warren. The overpass in the distance is the US 6 bypass, which US 62 will join. The interchange ahead is the eastern split of US 6/US 62 and the western end of Business US 6/US 62.

	1989–	US 6 was relocated to the Warren bypass, truncating the duplex at the eastern end.
