	A Brief History

US 322 passes under a low-clearance railroad bridge on the south side of Downingtown. Truck US 322 bypasses this underpass so that trucks wishing to follow US 322 can reconnect to US 322. The truck route follows Boot Road, Quarry Road, and Business US 322 through eastern Downingtown.
